Tigerlily are thrilled to announce an exciting new collaboration with the Highland Moon Moonshine.

To mark the launch of this spirited union, Tigerlily hosted an intimate and exclusive consumer dinner, welcoming guests into the world of small-batch Moonshine with none other than Scottish Rugby brothers, Zander and Matt Fagerson.

Highland Moon Moonshine is unlike anything else on the shelves.
Highland Moon was founded by Harris, a visionary who embarked on his journey during lockdown, a period akin to the days of Prohibition in the 1920’s. Inspired by the history and the allure of Moonshine, Harris recognised a gap in the market which led him to create Highland Moon on the banks of the Tay river in Dundee.

Highland Moon is carefully crafted with a base of Scottish honey, giving it a distinctive character that sets it apart from other spirits. The ethos of Highland Moon pairs perfectly with the Tigerlily spirit: fearless, stylish, and just a touch extravagant.

Celebrating the launch of this exciting partnership, Tigerlily hosted a fabulous dinner in February during the 2025 Six Nations Tournament where our guests enjoyed an evening of culinary creativity, conversation and of course, sensational Moonshine cocktails.

Set against the chic backdrop of our George Street restaurant in Edinburgh, the evening began with a welcome drink crafted by our bar team, featuring Highland Moon Moonshine Original paired with London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Soda.

Our guests enjoyed a curated multi-course menu designed to complement the bold yet versatile nature of the Moonshine. An Amuse of Baked Oysters Harrisfeller with a Honey & Chilli Margarita kicked things off before a starter of Scottish Crab & Buttered Poached Lobster Cream Cheese Bomb with a beetroot devilled egg and caviar butter sauce with a Rugby Star Tini… a twist on the classic Pornstar Martini with Peach & Blood Orange Highland Moon.

For mains, our guests enjoyed Slow Cooked Scottish Short Rib of Beef with crisp polenta, gremolata roasted tomatoes, caramelised onion purée and marsala sauce paired with a Rawberry Highland Moon Moonshine Jam Julep.

To finish the evening, our ‘Apple Pie’ – apple & cinnamon compote, apple sponge, burnt apple purée, crisps & Apple Pie Moonshine cream with an indulgent Apple Pie Espresso Martini.

Throughout the evening, Zander & Matt Fagerson took to the mic, sharing stories from their careers in an exclusive Q&A hosted by the fantastic Bruce Aitchison.
