Montpeliers is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our company.

You will work closely with head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.

Base salary starts from £34,000 per year with potential earnings of £40K+ including TRONC. Relocation packages are provided to any successful candidates currently living outside of Edinburgh.
