The Montpeliers Group is looking for motivated & positive people to join our bar teams! We operate some of Edinburgh’s top bars & restaurants and employ some of Scotland’s most skilled hospitality professionals. Salary:

  • Starting salary National Living Wage
  • Average weekly TRONC tips will earn you at least an additional £3+ /h
  • Earning potential is unlimited

About the role:

We’re currently hiring for individuals who have some experience working in hospitality.

As a bartender you will primarily assist the Bar Manager in making sure our guests are well-looked after, with genuine and heartfelt customer care. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking their orders & upselling, preparing drinks & cocktails and keeping the bar and back-of-house areas clean. As a bartender you will be working closely with some of the industry’s best professionals, and if you want to, you will always be considered to help with cocktail menu development or anything else you would like to develop within yourself or the wider team.
