We Love Candy

Last week another of our sister venues was completely transformed. Candy bar (situated a couple of meters from us on George Street) is looking utterly fabulous with new hot pinks, giant sweetie jars and a little naughtiness running through the venue.

We went along to the opening night and fell head over heels for Candy’s latest cocktail concoction called Keeping up with the Candashians, featuring Red Stag By Jim Beam Black Cherry Bourbon, Peach Schnapps, cranberry juice, raspberries, mint & fresh lemon –  it was sublime!

The designer chosen for the job was Fran Holden. Boasting an impressive portfolio of work from her time in Singapore, Fran was tasked with the job of injecting the life back into Candy and we think she’s done a really great job! You can see more of Fran’s work by clicking here.
