Starters

Red lentil, sweet potato & coconut soup with chunky bread 
Duck liver mousse with toasted brioche & pickles 
Teriyaki glazed salmon with ginger shallots, roasted beetroot, pepper & honey oatmeal bread 
Pumpkin Tempura with edamame beans, pickled pumpkin, crème fraîche, spring onion & soy

Mains

Roast turkey wrapped in crisp bacon with sage & chestnut stuffing, triple cooked potatoes & honey glazed vegetables 
Slow braised pork belly with cream cheese mash, plum relish, sprouting broccoli & Madeira jus 
Pan fried seabass with root vegetable rosti, samphire & saffron butter sauce 
Soy glazed aubergine with ginger greens, jasmine rice, pickled cucumber & nori salad

Desserts

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce 
Pavlova with passionfruit curd, berries & coconut 
Amaretti biscuit & dark chocolate mousse with black cherry sauce & vanilla cream

Looking for a menu to suit everyone?
Don’t get your tinsel in a twist – our Get Merry menu is available from Sunday to Wednesday
for lunch or dinner.
Enjoy two courses from our Christmas menu, plus a bottle
of Staropramen or glass of Chandon sparkling on arrival.

Terms and conditions:
Bookings are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of £15 per person is required when making the booking to secure reservation. For parties of 8 or more, final numbers and remaining balance required 4 weeks prior to dining. Prices include service charge but a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to drinks bill. Dining in our venues does not guarantee entry into Opal or Lulu.
