Ever wondered how to muddle a Mojito or shake a Flirtini? Well why not let one of our award winning mixologists teach you the inside know how to impress all your friends or colleagues?
We offer Interactive Cocktail Demonstrations in both Lulu and Opal Lounge and the experience lasts around an hour and a half. It involves a private session with one of our charming mixologists which starts with an informative talk, covering the history of cocktails, the terminology and the tricks used by the experts. Then our mixologist will go through the four basic types of cocktails – building each one in front of your guests and encouraging them to sample. Guests would then get the chance to try their hand at mixing and tasting their own unique mouth-watering concoction.

The packages available are:
Classic Package:
The Classic Interactive Cocktail Demonstration is £30.00 per head
Luxury Package:
The Cocktail Demonstration and canapés package is £40.00 per head
Leisurely Lunch Package:
The Cocktail Demonstration with a two course set lunch in Tigerlily or Rick’s package for which prices start at £45 per head
VIP Evening Package:
The Cocktail Demonstration with a three course set evening meal in
Tigerlily or Rick’s package where prices start at £55 per head.
Please note that a minimum number of guests does apply for each class and the packages listed above are not exhaustible. We are more than happy to create a completely bespoke package which would suit your needs.
