Our Careers

Management

Our managers are the busy bees who make sure each and every single part of the business runs smoothly. They thrive in a dynamic and inspiring environment, and are always keen to develop their skills. Many of them plan on running their own business one day, and we do all we can to help them get there. Our Central Operations team are always on hand to provide expert guidance and advice, and our managers are also invited to take part in leadership and business courses that we as a company provide the funding for.

Bartending and Waiting

As part of the front-of-house team, our Bartenders and Waiters are the friendly faces of our venues, always striving to create unique and amazing experiences for our guests. They’re a vibrant bunch who know how to have fun, but also keep things calm, cool and collected when need be. Our front-of-house development courses are some of the most awarded training programmes in the UK, and if you thrive in your role then you’ll be encouraged to apply to become a Team Trainer, which is the first step towards Management.

Cookery

Our talented Chefs and kitchen staff are the beating heart of our business. The job is fun, creative and rewarding, and as part of our kitchens you can enjoy a flexible schedule, a 4-day working week, and the same share of tips as the front-of-house staff. When you join, your development plan will be tailored around you, so whether you’re a novice or a ninja, you can grow your skills and knowledge with us.
